Rory Power – Managing Director / Principal Consultant
Rory Power is the founder and Managing Director of Forging Green Advisors Ltd, bringing over 24 years of experience across industries such as corporate real estate, manufacturing, and finance. He has a proven track record in facilities management, business transformation, and project delivery, specializing in the management of complex, high-value projects. Rory’s career includes key roles at Dalkia (Veolia Energy), Mace International, Aramark, and Mubadala Investment Co., where he was responsible for managing contracts across the EMEA region, driving operational excellence, and delivering integrated facilities management solutions.
He holds Undergraduate qualifications in Biological Sciences, a Post Graduate Diploma in Science of Computing (Blockchain Technology) and an MBA from the University of Hull.
Peter Burke
Head of Solutions Development
Peter Burke is the Head of Solutions Development at Forging Green Advisors Ltd, where he leads the design and implementation of innovative business processes and technical solutions. With over 20 years of experience across finance, IT, operations, and construction sectors, Peter has a track record of delivering value through a wide range of methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. His career spans roles at Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland, and various property development firms, where he specialized in business process analysis and project management.
Peter is certified in PRINCE2 and City and Guilds Certification in Software testing and has extensive experience in SDLC, Agile frameworks, and business intelligence.
Sean Gallagher
Senior Analytics Lead
Sean is the Senior Analytics Lead at Forging Green Advisors, specializing in data analysis, financial modeling, and real-time reporting solutions. With over 15 years of experience in data analysis and database management, Sean excels at extracting actionable business insights from organizational data. In the past he worked at a market leading luxury tours company, where his analytics and reporting efforts helped double company profits through a sustained focus on cost optimisation and the effective application of technology solutions.
Sean is highly skilled in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and Python, and is known for developing innovative, automated reporting systems that drive operational efficiency.
Micheal Burke
Head of Project and Programme Management
Micheal is the Head of Project and Program Management at Forging Green Advisors, where he oversees the delivery of customer projects and programs. Micheal has more than 20 years' experience in IT, and 15 years in Project Management, delivering between 60 - 80 x projects and programs in that time. ​

His experience spans industries such as technology, transportation, banking & finance, insurance, and government. With a key focus more recently on data projects and data programs. The past 15 years have been spent leading teams of IT consultants in professional services engagements, delivering enterprise software solutions on behalf of companies such as Microsoft, and over the past 10 years, large-scale data analytics programs for SAS Institute.​

Micheal holds a BSc in Computer Science and is certified in PMP, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
